MCGREGOR: Funeral services were held at the Lutheran church in McGregor Wednesday afternoon for Albert Theviot, 77, who died Monday, following an illness of about a year. Services were conducted by Rev. H. F. Glock, pastor of the local Lutheran church, and burial was made in Pleasant Grove cemetery. Mr. Theviot was born March 14, 1860, near Sherrill in Dubuque county. After his marriage to Miss Lena Kress, Oct. 19, 1887, they moved to a farm two miles west of McGregor, which has been their home for 50 years. He is survived by his widow and one son, Robert, who operates the home farm. Two daughters, Rose and Lydia, died in recent years, and the oldest son, Fred, was killed in action in France in the World War.
