GUTTENBERG: Virginia McKinney, ten years old, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clesson McKinney of Guttenberg, died at the home of her parents here on Sunday morning at 10:00 o'clock. She had been ill for some time previous to her death. Virginia was born in Millville township, Clayton county, Iowa, on October 06, 1926, later coming to Guttenberg with her parents. She attended the Guttenberg public schools. Her untimely death is deeply mourned by her parents, one sister, one brother, and many other relatives and friends, by whom she will be sadly missed. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. C. A. Jacobi this (Wednesday) afternoon, with burial in the City cemetery. The funeral was largely attended. The family has the sympathy of all in this community.
