Clayton County Register, 23 Dec. 1936.

MCGREGOR: Rev. Franklin Parsons officiated at the funeral services held Friday afternoon for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Davies, of near McGregor. Carl Richard Davies was born Aug. 24, 1936, and died Dec. 09, at the age of three months and 15 days. He had been ill most of his short life. Burial was made in the Giard cemetery.
