Thursday morning at 5:30 o'clock, at her home in this city, occurred the death of Mrs. Carl Klinkenberg, nee Berg, after a few days illness.

Deceased was born in Pommern, Germany, on March 6, 1833, and was 79 years and 22 days of age at the time of her death.

She was married in Germany to John Kickbush, who preceded her in death about 18 years ago.

The family came to America about 39 years ago, living on a farm in Millville township and later came to Guttenberg, where deceased lived until her death.

About 7 years ago she was united in marriage for the second time to Carl Klinkenberg. Besides her husband she leaves to mourn her death two daughters, Mrs. Fred Block, of Guttenberg, Mrs. Chas. Kickbush, of Millville township, one son, August Kickbush, of Montana, a number of grand and great-grandchildren, and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was a kind and true wife and mother.
