Georgie Ernst, the 5 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd S. Ernst, died at the home of his parents, Tuesday morning, March 12th, after a week's illness of scarlet fever, later developing into brain fever. He was born at Eyota, Minn., March 12, 1907. Owing to the quarantine, a short service was held in front of the residence Tuesday evening, conducted by Rev. Bird and the body was then taken to the cemetery.
