Elkader Register, Thur., 26 May 1892. Clayton column.

DIED- At the home of Anton Kraus, May 23d, 1892, Lorenz Krause, aged 82 years. Deceased was a native of Bishof Steinitz, Vienna, and came to the United States in 1857. He lived for several years at Prairie du Chien (Wis.), where his wife died twenty-two years ago. For some time past he has made his home with his nephew at this place, at whose residence his death occurred.
