DIED- Monday, Jan. 18th, 1892, of consumption, Lena Jennings, wife of Edwin Jennings, aged 28 years. The deceased was a daughter of John Stahl, of Boardman township, and was a lady of rare worth, highly respected for her many good qualities. To the bereaved husband and motherless children our people extend their most heartfelt sympathies. The funeral took place Wednesday and was largely attended. Rev. McNamee, of Colesburg, officiating.

Last week our Elkport correspondent made mention of the death of Mrs. Ed. Jennings. Caroline Augusta Stahl was the third daughter of Charles and Christina Stahl, and was born August 15th, 1863, in Cox Creek twp., on March 17th (No year given.) she married Edward Jennings, to whom were born four children, three girls and one boy. Jan. 18th, 1892, at the early age of 28 years, 5 months and three days, she departed this life, leaving her husband and four little children, besides her parents, two sisters, and six brothers to mourn her loss.
