Elkader Register, Thur., 02 May 1889.

DIED- - On Monday night, of diphtheria, Vincent, the seven years old child of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Rogers. This is the second child this family has been called upon to part with within two weeks, and they will have the heartfelt sympathies of all in their great sorrow. The funeral took place on Tuesday, the little one being buried in the Catholic cemetery.
