DIED- On Monday night, May 21st, 1888, occurred the death of Sidney White, aged 52 years. Mr. White has been sick for a long time so that his death was not unexpected; nevertheless it was a shock to our entire community where he has resided for so many years. Mr. White was born at South Hero, Vermont, and came to Iowa at an early day, and has for years resided in this vicinity, and was honored and respected by all. He has held a number of local offices and has filled them to the entire satisfaction of his constituents. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn the loss of a kind husband and loving father. He will be greatly missed in our community.
