Elkader Register, Thur., 05 Jan. 1888.

Johanna Thovson, aged about forty-eight years, died very suddenly at her home near St. Olaf, on Tuesday noon. She had been afflicted with the heart disease for some time, and it finally caused her death. She leaves four daughters and one son to mourn her loss. The funeral will take place on Saturday.
