Elkader Register, Thur., 22 Dec. 1887.

Elizabeth O'Haren [sic] died at her residence in Read township, on Sunday morning last, after a very long sickness. She was 73 years of age, and leaves an aged husband to mourn the death of a faithful, loving companion. The funeral took place from the Catholic church, Elkader, on Tuesday, Rev. Father Reilly officiating.
