Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Oct. 1887. Supplement from the Elkport Times.

Mrs. Susan Hartge, after a short illness, died at her residence at this place on Sunday. Her remains were interred in the Lutheran cemetery on Tuesday. Mrs. Hartge was one of the earliest settlers in Clayton County.
