Elkader Register, Thur., 04 Aug. 1887. From the Dubuque Telegraph, undated.
Dr. Frank C. Lewis died Sunday morning at four o'clock at McGregor, and the funeral was held there to-day. He was the son of the late Geo. Lewis of Dubuque. His mother and sister Maud of this city have been in McGregor the past two weeks. He practiced dentistry at Jacksonville, Fla., until a few months ago, when he returned to his former home on account of sickness. He leaves a wife and no children. = Dubuque Telegraph.
