Died-- At her home in Giard Feb. 4th 1902, Mrs. Mary Driscoll, age 87. Deceased was born in County Cork Ireland in 1815 and came to America in 1855 settling near Dubuque where she remained for two years then moving with her family and settling in what is known as Bloody run near Giard where she remained until the time of her death.

She leaves two sons. Dennis of Minneapolis, and Jerry of Giard at whose home she died. She was laid to rest in Saint Mary's cemetery beside her husband who preceded her years ago. May her soul rest in peace.
