Clayton County Register, Thur., 11 Dec. 1930. Guttenberg column.
Mr. Adolph Class died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E. J. Pohle, Friday a.m. at 6 o'clock. He was an aged man and had been ill for some time. Those who will mourn his death are: Mrs. E. J. Pohle and two sons, Herman and Albert Class. Mr. Class was a resident of Guttenberg for many years and in his younger days he had a general store in this city. For several years he was Justice of the Peace. Mrs. Class died several years ago.
The funeral was held in Guttenberg from the home of Dr. E. J. Pohle, Sunday afternoon and the burial made in the city cemetery.
