GUTTENBERG- Hugh McCachern, 62, was fatally injured at 8:30 o'clock Friday night when he fell off a dump wagon he was operating and the heavy load of dirt passed over his body. He was employed by the S. J. Groves construction crew, which has the contract for the grading of no. 55 north of Millville.
Medical aid was summoned but the worker died about 11:30 o'clock. The body was brought to Guttenberg Saturday. H. F. McCachern, his son, arrived here Saturday and on Sunday the body was taken to Glen Haven, Wis., by ferry and from there by train to Minneapolis. He is survived by a widow and one son who reside in Minneapolis.
