Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Feb. 1930. Guttenberg column.

On Wednesday evening the Satran home near Guttenberg was saddened by the death of Mrs. Satran. She was an aged lady and had been ill for some time. Mr. Satran, her husband, and several children survive, also a large number of other relatives. Mrs. Satran was a faithful member of St. Mary's church and the funeral was held there on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. Burial was made in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
