Elkader Register, Thur., 29 Jan. 1920.

Mr. and Mrs. John Bock mourn the loss of their infant son Carlyle who died Tuesday afternoon of heart trouble after a short illness.

Carlyle Clarence Bock was born Feb. 26th, 1919 and was eleven months and one day old when his spirit was called to the Heavenly Father who gave it.

In that brief time he made a place for himself in the hearts of his parents his sisters and brother that will always be vacant and sacred to his memory.

Funeral services were held at the home this afternoon at 1:30, Rev. C. H. Franke officiating and burial was in the East Side cemetery. Four little girls, Evelyn Glasner, Kathleen Wacker, Alice Meyer and Gladys Glesne acted as pall bearers.

We join the neighbors and friends in tendering sympathy to the bereaved family in their sorrow.
