On the same date occurred the death of another estimable lady, in the same place, Mrs. John Anderegg having been called to her last home, after a long and useful life. Her death will be universally mourned. Mrs. Anderegg came to Guttenberg with her husband in 1853, and has made a host of friends, who will miss her from among them. She leaves a husband and seven children to mourn the loss of a loving companion and kind mother. Her death was caused by heart disease. The funeral occurred yesterday.

Note: The 1894 biography of John Anderegg states his 1st wife, who died in 1884, was Magdalena Menger
