Elkader Register, Thur., 19 Feb. 1880. Garnavillo column.

Mr. Fritz Shepar, an old settler in this section, died at his residence on Buck Creek, near Kennedy's mill, Sunday Feb. 15th, at the advanced age of 67 years. He has been quite feeble for a number of weeks.
