Boss, Mattice died 1896

Wednesday, Oct. 14th, 1896, occurred the death of Mattice Boss, aged 39 years of typhoid fever. The death of Mr. Boss has cast a gloom over our community. He was an honest, hard-working man. He leaves a wife and one son to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction. The funeral took place Friday and was largely attended. Rev. Hansel officiated.
