Elkader Register, Thur., 01 Oct. 1891. Littleport column.

Old Mrs. Quigley died Sunday morning, September 27th, at the advanced age of 91 years. She was one of the old pioneers here and her husband was the founder of Littleport. She leaves two daughters here, Mrs. G. L. Gifford and Mrs. John Nading, with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren to mourn her death. G. L. Gifford started Monday with the remains for Kansas City where they will be interred beside those of her husband.
