Elkader Register, Thur., 14 June 1923. McGregor column.

The remains of Mrs. Fannie Rhoda, who died in St. Paul, were brought here for burial, the funeral being held from the Congregational Church Monday afternoon, interment in the Moody cemetery. Her children who were all present for the funeral except her son are Gail Rhoda of McGregor, Mrs. May Alger of Waupun, Wis., David of Fort Scott, Ark., Earl of Mason City, Mrs. Winnie Wolfe of Minneapolis, and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Rhoda of St. Paul. Mrs. Alfred Rhoda will be remembered as Miss Mattie Barton.
