The funeral of August Heiden, which was held in this city on last Thursday afternoon, was largely attended by relatives and friends from far and near, which showed that deceased was held in high esteem by all who knew him. As per his request before his death, the Friedlein Family band rendered several appropriate selections during the funeral.
