Genevieve Leora Wilson was born in Smithfield township, Fayette county, Iowa, Dec. 9th, 1908, and died April 3rd, 1918, being 9 years, 4 months and 24 days old at the time of her death. She leaves to mourn her death, her father and mother, one sister, Pauline, one brother, Regal, and a brother Kenneth having preceded her in death. Funeral services were conducted from the M.E. church, Rev. W. H. Smith officiating. Her Sunday school class and teacher occupied their seats while her seat was draped in white. The remains were laid to rest in Hill Crest cemetery.
