Arthur Willms, aged about twenty-five years, who has been receiving treatment at the state hospital the past five years, died there last Sunday. It is expected the body will be brought here for burial. Deceased was a son of the late Joseph Willms, and is survived by his mother, who resides in this city, and two brothers, Joseph, of Dubuque, and Ben, of Prairie du Chien.
