After several months of patient suffering Mrs. Jos. Vogt, of South Guttenberg, quietly passed away Tuesday, Jan. 24th, 1905, aged _7 years, 1 month and 21 days. Deceased's maiden name was Augusta Ohlendorf, and was born and reared on a farm near Guttenberg. Her death has cast a gloom over the community in which she resided and her memory will always remain dear to those who had known her. To mourn the loss of an affectionate wife and mother are a husband and five children, three boys and two girls, respectively, who have the sympathy of their neighbors and many friends. Deceased also leaves several brothers and sisters, whose names and residences we are unable to learn. Funeral services were held at St. Paul's Lutheran church this (Friday) afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. Janzig, with interment in the City cemetery.
