Elkader Register, Thur., 01 Sept. 1904. Elkport and Vicinity column.

Mrs. Bridget Flaherty, mother of the late Peter Flaherty, died at the home of her daughter in South Dakota Sunday. Her remains were brought here for burial. The deceased was about ninety years of age and for many years was a resident of Elkport. The funeral took place Wednesday, Father Minogue officiating.
