Elkader Register, Thur., 16 Oct. 1902. Farmersburg column.

Thursday morning, Oct. 9th, death entered the home of L. Seigel and wife and took from them their little son Glen, aged eleven months and six days. The flowers that covered the little casket were a fitting tribute of the love felt for the little one. The funeral services were conducted at the home Saturday morning at ten o'clock, by Rev. Schuerman of Monona. The parents have the sympathy of their many friends in their time of sorrow. The little one was laid to rest in the cemetery at National.

Note: Gravestone spells surname as SIEGELE. He was son of Louis and Clara Foley Siegele
