Pearsall, Amos 1822 - 1895

—Amos Pearsall, one of the best known citizens of McGregor, died on the 7th, aged 73 years. He came west in 1853, and located at McGregor in 1856. He conducted a livery until 1870, when he went into carriage building. His wife and four children survive him.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born in 1822 and is buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
