Our community was shocked Wednesday evening when they learned of the death of Rev. Brown. Mr. Brown went to pleasant Grove to hold revivals. While there he took sick with pneumonia from which he suffered for about a week. Drs. Craig and Billmeyer were in attendance and did all they could for him, besides the care of a loving wife and sister. The funeral was held Thursday from the Grove church to the train at Srawberry Point, from which place the remains were taken to Minnesota for burial. Although Rev. Brown had only been with us for a few weeks he made many friends. The sympathy of all is with the wife and relatives.
