A Child Burned to Death.
ELKPORT, Feb. 21—During the absence of the mother for a few moments Tuesday afternoon, the 2-year-old son of Milton Brown was fatally burned from his clothing taking fire and being almost burned from his back, burning the flesh in a frightful manner. The child died Wednesday morning.
