Elkader Register, Thur., 06 Mar. 1902. McGregor column.

Pembroke White, one of the oldest and best known men of this section, died at his home on Garnavillo Ave., last Tuesday night. He leaves a wife and three daughters, Mrs. W. E. Bush, Bessie and Clara. Two sons and one daughter have preceded him in death. The funeral was held from the Congregational church, Rev. Francis officiating.
