Elkader Register, Thur., 06 Nov. 1879. From the McGregor Times, undated.

Mrs. Bridget McGuire, died at the residence of her son in Grand Meadow township, last Friday, aged 78 years.

Note added by S. Ferrall 2/19/2021:
Most likely burial place is the Pioneer Catholic AKA Humphrey cemetery. Her husband Philip McGuire is shown on burial listings for that cemetery. He died in 1874. More about this cemetery can be found in the Death Records / Cemetery section of the Clayton co. IAGenWeb site.
