Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Mar. 1879.

DIED - On Monday, March 24th, 1879, of inflammation of the bowels, George _. (looks like E. or F.), son of Lyman and Alice Ross, aged 1 year lacking 5 days.

He was laid away on Tuesday, there to rest among Gods jewels until the Lord shall call.
