Elkader Register, Thur., 08 June 1899. Luana column.

The body of Mrs. Peter Lown was brought from Storm Lake last week for burial near her old home south of Luana. Mr. and Mrs. Lown lived in Marion twp. nearly forty years.

(Note: WPA records indicate Mary Jane Lown, 1826 - 23 May 1899, buried in Eno cemetery.)
