Elkader Register, Thur., 02 Mar. 1899. Read column.

Thursday morning, Feb. 16, after an illness of some four or five days, due to old age, Mrs. Staden passed away to the great unknown shore. The funeral was held on Sunday, Feb. 19th from Clayton Center Lutheran church, Father Seifert officiating.
