Clayton County Register, Thur., 12 Dec. 1929.

Word was received here Wednesday of the death of Margaret Wirkler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. _. _. (possibly S. A.) Wirkler of Garnavillo.

Margaret was taken to the McGregor hospital on Friday, where an operation for appendicitis was performed and from all reports was getting along as well as could be expected, until the sudden reverse which caused her death.
