Michael J. Humphrey passed away Oct. 28, at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. McLaughlin, in McGregor, (several words blurred) came to McGregor several weeks ago and was in a critical condition during his stay there. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Humphrey, of Monona, where he lived while in the home of his parents. He leaves to mourn his passing, two sisters, Mrs. J. McLaughlin, of McGregor, and Mrs. Ella Nolan, of Plankington, S.D. The funeral was held Thursday morning at the Catholic church in Monona with burial beside his father and mother in St. Patrick's cemetery.
