Mrs. Frances Fassbinder died Thursday morning at her home in Monona, after a several weeks illness. She is survived by one son, Werner Fassbinder, of Dubuque, four daughters, Mrs. Odelia Whittle, Mrs. Cecelia Berns and Clara Fassbinder, of Monona, and Teresa Fassbinder, a teacher in the schools of Jefferson, S.D.; eleven grandchildren; two brothers, August Beerman, of Omaha, Nebr., and Ben Beerman, of Dubuque, and three sisters, Sister Mary Anastasia, of La Crosse, Wis., Mrs. August Heitoff, of Carroll, Iowa, and Mrs. John Haag, of Spokane, Wash. Funeral services were held Saturday morning from St. Patrick's church, Rev. Luke Donlon officiated, with burial in St. Mary's cemetery at Guttenberg.
