The death of Mrs. Irvin Graybill, nee Pearl Moser, occurred at her home in Guttenberg, Saturday evening, October 31, 1925, at the age of 29 years. Deceased was born in Millville township, Clayton county, Iowa, where she spent the greater part of her life. About ten years ago she was united in marriage with Irvin Graybill. For a time after their marriage the couple lived on a farm in Millville township, a few years ago coming to Guttenberg to reside. Mrs. Graybill had been ill for some time when death called her. She was a patient sufferer during her illness and had hopes for recovery, until called to the other and better world, where there is no more suffering, but joy and happiness forever. Mrs. Graybill was a kind and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. To know her was to love her, and she was held in the highest of esteem by all in this community. To do acts of kindness for her family and friends was her greatest pleasure in life at all times which won her a legion of friends, by whom her memories will be forever cherished. She will be sadly missed in her home as well as by all who had the pleasure of making her acquaintance. During her illness all was done to save her life but all to no avail. She is survived by her husband, one son, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Moser of Millville township, four brothers, Henry N., Jasper F., and Sumner Moser, of Millville township and Elmer Moser of Colesburg, and numerous other relatives and friends. She was a member of the Rebeckah and Eastern Star fraternal societies. Funeral services were held at her late home in this city on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. D. D. Welch, of the M.E. church officiating. Burial was made in the city cemetery. At the grave funeral services were conducted by members of the O.E.S.
