John Welsch passed away at the county hospital Tuesday, February 16th at the age of 76 years. Mr. Welsch had been an inmate of the institution for the past twenty-six years. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday forenoon at St. Joseph's church. Burial in St. Joseph's cemetery.
