Was married to David Thulbon in 1820, came with her husband to Lockport, N.Y., in 1853, and there resided until 185_ (looks like 1855), when they came to this county. Her husband died in 1866. She was married again to Wm. Crain in 1884. She leaves a husband, one daughter, Mrs. Charles Woods, of this place, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She was a kind and affectionate lady and was a friend to everyone. The funeral occurred Sunday at the M.E. church, conducted by Rev. O, S. Davis.
(Note: WPA records indicate Ann Crain, 1812 - 1897, buried in Hillcrest cemetery. Her year of birth and the year of her first marriage in this article appear to be in error.)
