Funeral services for Miss Mary Murray, 89, who died Thursday evening at St. Joseph's Sanitarium in Dubuque, were held at 9 o'clock here Saturday morning in St. Mary's Church. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery.

Miss Murray had lived since babyhood on the same spot in McGregor where her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Murray had halted the covered wagon in May, 1856, and built a cabin. She entered the sanitarium four years ago.
