On Wednesday occurred the funeral of Louise Marie Obermiller, daughter of Aug. Obermiller and wife, who reside on a farm 5 1/2 miles north of town. The child was taken sick with the croup a week and a half ago and on Sunday at 2 o'clock p.m., at the age of 3 years, 5 months and 26 days, God called the little sufferer to rest.

As a star that is lost
When the daylight is given,
She hath faded away
To shine brightly in Heaven.
