Frank Anderson, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Anderson, of Mason City, died at his home in this city, Oct. 6th, 1900, aged 25 years, 11 months and 12 days. He was born in North McGregor, Oct. 21st, 1874. April 8, 1896, he married Miss Fay Bowers, of this place, and one child, a son, was born of this union. During the winter of 1896-7 he became a member of Bezer Lodge A.F. & A.M. He had been sick several weeks with typhoid fever before his death. He was a kind and indulgent husband and a young man highly respected by all his associates. The funeral services were held at the family residence, the Congregational minister at McGregor, delivering the sermon. The Masonic lodge of McGregor had charge of the burial service. The family have the sympathy of all in this hour of sorrow.
