Elkader Register, Thur., 06 Apr. 1922. Garber column.

The funeral of Mrs. John Feidt was held last Saturday from St. Michael's church. One by one the old settlers are slowly passing away. She leaves a family of four sons and six daughters besides a host of friends and relatives. The funeral was very largely attended.
