The remains of Henry Helberg, a former McGregorite, were brought here for burial Friday. Mr. Helberg, who has resided in Albert Lea, Minn., for a number of years, was a brother of Dick, Art and Eda Helberg of this place.

Henry Hellberg passed away at his home in Albert Lea, Minn., September 20th, 1933.
He was born in McGregor, Iowa, October 30th, 1870, and spent his boyhood here.
At the age of 15 he entered the clothing store of T.J. Sullivan, the Clothier. After several years in his employment, he went to Dubuque, and worked for Moses Lippman, from there going to Iowa City, working for Gildner Brothers.
In 1898 he returned to McGregor and entered the clothing store of W.F. Daubenberger, where he worked until 1910. He spent 3 years in Austin, Minn., from there going to Albert Lea, entering the Evens, Fonda Clothing Store. He was an artist in window dressing and sign painting - in air brush work and in water colors, receiving many prizes for competitive window designs, a work he delighted in doing.
He leaves to mourn his passing, John, Arthur and Eda of this city, and Will of Marquette, also 2 nieces, Mrs. Robt. Kyle and Miss Helen Hellberg of Los Angeles, Calif.
Funeral services were held at the home Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, with the Rev. J.F. Parsons officiating. Burial was at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
