John Bonzer Jr., aged eighteen died Friday night in the home of his mother, Mrs. August Cunningham, after several weeks illness, having been in poor health for months. Surviving are, his mother, Mrs. Daniel Cunningham, three sisters, Doris, Ruth and Mathilde Bonzer, and two step-sisters, Helen M__ and Betty Jean Cunningham. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the home and later from the first Methodist church, the Rev. Louis H. Joslin officiating. After the death of his father, John Bonzer, Sr., he remained at home with his mother and sisters, later engaged in farming the Bonzer farm east of Monona. The sympathy of the entire community is extended his mother and sisters.
