Clayton John Stebor, better known to those who knew and loved him as "Sonny" Stebor, was born in Elkader May 5th, 1904, and was called from this life on Saturday morning Nov. 12th, after a little over six years and a half. He had not been well for some time and medical skill was unavailing. He was of a bright, sunny disposition making friends of all who knew him and it is hard for them to part with him even though they knew he has gone to Him who said;-:Suffer little children to come unto me and forbid them not, of such is the Kingdom of Heaven." The funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Congregational church and he was laid to rest in the East Side cemetery. The sympathy of the community goes out to the bereaved family.
